What is Infertility Workshop Coaching?
Infertility Workshop Coaching is something like a teleclass or a teleconference, but with the added benefit of direct coaching. It is a live, interactive, educational teleconference with other fertility patients and led by a Fertility Nurse. There is instruction, Q&A and coaching driven by participants and centered on a particular topic. It is convenient, and it saves you time and money over other coaching and educational alternatives.
Participants who sign up for a particular workshop typically meet for only a single session. Topics include Basic Fertility Issues, When to Seek a Fertility Specialist, In Vitro Fertilization 101, The Basics of IVF, and more.
Participants meet together with a Fertility Nurse via conference call. We will provide approximately 30 minutes of focused teaching on the topic and then open the remaining time (usually an hour) to Q&A and direct coaching on issues you are facing relative to the topic.
A workshop will comprise up to 35 participants. Participants can interact with the coach at any time during the phone call. Special teleconference technology manages interaction so that there is no confusion and participants are not speaking simultaneously.

How does Infertility Workshop Coaching work?
After you have registered for a particular workshop, you will receive an email invoice. Click on the link provided in the email invoice and easily pay online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, or a PayPal balance payment. Your seat in the workshop is reserved once payment is received.
Once you have made payment, we will email to you a telephone number and pass code. About a minute or two before the start of the workshop, simply dial the number. When prompted, enter your pass code. You will be connected to the other participants and the fertility nurse leading the session. It is that easy.
Along with the telephone number and pass code, we will also send to you any additional instructions that you’ll need for getting the most out of your Workshop Coaching experience. This will include, for example, how to “raise your hand” so that we know you have a question or comment.
Many workshops include a live Web component. While listening and contributing via the telephone, you can also log into the session online and submit questions to us via online chat, watch any slides that we have prepared, indicate that you have a question, etc. It is not necessary that you log in to the session online while on the teleconference, but if you have access to the Web we encourage you to do so. It will enhance your experience.
When we email to you your workshop phone number and pass code, we will include instructions for online access and participation if this is available.

How do I pay for a workshop?
Once you have registered for a workshop, you will receive an email invoice for the cost of workshop. The email invoice will contain a direct link to a secure online payment page where you can make payment via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. The total invoice must be paid to reserve your seat in the workshop.

Will you provide a refund if I cancel my attendance at the workshop before the workshop starts?
Yes, but only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop.

What happens if I pay my invoice after the workshop is filled?
Your seat is only reserved when payment is received. If you register for a workshop that fills up prior to making payment, a full refund will be provided.
