What is Personal Fertility Coaching?
Personal Coaching is an ongoing, one-on-one coaching relationship between you and a fertility nurse.
Logistics for Personal Fertility Coaching.
Coaching takes place via telephone. Coaching calls occur on a regular basis – weekly, biweekly or monthly – as determined by you. The length of each call is predetermined but can be adjusted as circumstances dictate. Calls can be between 30 minutes and an hour and 30 minutes in length.
The length of the coaching relationship is also predetermined by you and can be extended or shortened as necessary. Typically the coaching relationship lasts for the duration of your infertility treatments.
What to expect with Personal Fertlity Coaching.

| - Answer any medically-related questions you may have. |
| - Educate you on the treatments being offered, the success rates of those treatments and the impact a treatment option may have on you. |
| - Explore your thoughts and feelings of the options available and discover the desire of your heart. |
- Coach you by listening without judgment, questioning for clarification and challenging for results.

Personal Coaching provides occasion to relate what has been going on in your life relative to your treatments. We will discuss what is happening for you emotionally, physically and mentally. This may include how you’ve been coping with the emotional ups and downs, what stressors are getting in the way, or how you are relating with your significant other and with your community of friends and family.

How does Personal Fertility Coaching work?
After you make a request for Personal Coaching via this web site, we will have a no obligation phone call to discuss your situation and explore a coaching schedule that best matches your needs and desires. A coaching schedule defines when we start, how often we talk, how long coaching sessions will be and when coaching will conclude. To make a request for a no-obligation, free phone call, click here.
Once you are comfortable with the schedule, and if you choose to proceed, we will email an invoice to you. The invoice will be for the total time represented in the schedule. The invoice is paid online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, or a PayPal balance payment.
Coaching then begins and proceeds according to the scheduled phone calls. Phone calls are placed by you.
Coaching is contingent on invoices being paid in advance of services rendered.

How do I pay for Personal Coaching?
Prior to your first scheduled coaching call, you will receive an email invoice for the cost of the total time represented in the agreed upon coaching schedule. The email invoice will contain a direct link to a secure online payment page where you can make payment via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. The total invoice must be paid prior to the first scheduled call.

Once a coaching schedule is set, can it be changed?
As we move forward and our relationship develops, the schedule can be adjusted however you desire. If adjustments impact the cost, additional invoices will be generated and sent via email.
Coaching is always contingent on invoices being paid in advance of services rendered.

What if I must cancel or postpone a scheduled coaching call?
If you would like a call to be canceled or postponed, you must email a request at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call, otherwise the time scheduled for the call will be subtracted from the time you have paid for.
