What is the Exclusive Nurse service?
The Exclusive Nurse is your very own personal fertility nurse and coach. The services provided by your Exclusive Nurse are tailored to your particular needs and desires.
Your Exclusive Nurse will be on call and available by cell phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are available for face to face meetings to develop and foster a deeper trusting relationship. We can be present during crucial doctor consultations and available to you during treatment procedures. If there is a need for special treatment and care in the home, we can be present and available as necessary.

As your fertility coach, we’ll utilize our experience of coaching thousands of patients through their infertility journeys to bring you the right word, the right nudge, the right question, the right challenge. We’ll not so much give you the answers, but listen well and question effectively and draw out of you the right decisions regarding your care. And in the process you will gain clarity, insight and confidence. In the end, your decisions will be informed and your direction will be intentional.
As your fertility consultant
As your fertility consultant, we can advance your decision-making process by researching treatment plans, reporting on and explaining success statistics, investigating the best ART centers, exploring pharmacy options, and much more.
As your fertility liaison
As your fertility liaison, we can be your connection to your clinic. We will ask the important questions you may not know to ask. On your behalf, we will explore the intricacies of treatment options and alternatives that may otherwise be overlooked. We will coordinate and streamline events and interactions along the way.

As your fertility advocate, we will engage your physician and nurses on your behalf, advocating your decisions, desires and constraints. How do Exclusive Nurse services work?
After you make a request for Exclusive Nurse Services via this web site, we will have a no obligation phone call to discuss your situation and explore a service plan that best matches your needs and desires.
The Exclusive Nurse Service Plan
A service plan defines your expectations for an Exclusive Nurse relationship. It may include onsite visits in your home, joint visits with you physician, regularly scheduled coaching calls and/or research. It may also include becoming the single link between you and your physician or assisting with resolution for a preexisting issue. The service plan is shaped by you and serves you.
When an acceptable service plan has been jointly created, we will email to you the first monthly invoice. Invoices are emailed 10 days prior to their due date each month. The due date is chosen by you. Invoices must be paid in advance of service via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, or a PayPal balance payment.
We will follow the service plan and be available to you 24/7. Coaching calls, visits, research, interaction with you physician, etc. will proceed according to the plan.
24/7 Availability
A special phone number will be provided. This number will put you in direct contact with your Exclusive Nurse at your discretion. If she is available, she will always take the call. If she is not available, she will return the call at her next available moment; this is usually within 2 hours and never more than 8 hours.
Coaching Calls
Scheduled coaching calls are placed by you.
Onsite Visits
If you desire in-person and/or physician visits or would like us to be present during surgeries or procedures, simply coordinate these with us. Visits must be scheduled in advance. Travel expenses are paid by you.
Research and Consulting
Research and consulting requests can be made at anytime. We can research fertility centers, egg donor programs, donor embryo programs, mail-order pharmacies, donor sperm programs and more.
Liaison Services
Liaison services must be understood and accepted by the physician in charge of your care. Once established as your liaison, you can choose to use us as a trusted and informed link to all your care providers. At you wish, care providers can contact us and we’ll advocate your desires and choices and ask questions you may not know to ask. And, we’ll make sure that you fully understand every option and possibility.

How do I pay for Excusive Nurse Services?
After you have accepted a custom Exclusive Nurse Service Plan, you will receive an email invoice for the first month of services. Services are paid on a monthly basis for as long as you desire the services. Invoices are emailed 10 days prior to their due date each month. The due date is chosen by you. Invoices must be paid in advance of service.
All additional expenses, such as travel, are approved by you and added to the next month’s invoice.
Email invoices contain a direct link to a secure online payment page where you can make payment via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. The total invoice must be paid prior to the first scheduled call.

Can I change the service plan?
Yes, the service plan can be changed at anytime. Changes in the monthly cost will be reflected in the next month’s email invoice. If the cost drops, a prorated refund will be subtracted from the next month’s total cost. If the cost increases, a prorated amount will be added to the next month’s invoice.
